1. Acceptance of Terms

Minimum Withdrawal: ₹200 per transaction
Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours after KYC verification
Transaction Fees: No fees for deposits; withdrawal fees apply as per payment partner

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your game wallet. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of any transaction before processing.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

By participating in any game on our platform, you agree to:

Play fairly and not use any automated bots, scripts, or cheating software
Not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes
Accept that all game results are final and binding
Not exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities

We use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. All game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated.

5. KYC Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security, KYC verification is required for:

Withdrawals exceeding ₹2,000
Suspicious transaction patterns
Account verification requests

Required documents include PAN card and government-issued ID proof. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programs
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purposes
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform services
Harassing other users or posting inappropriate content
Chargeback fraud or using stolen payment methods

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
